     Mr. Squier specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, development and leasing of commercial property serving a portfolio that spans more than 800,000 square feet.

     Squier Implements market research, and investment strategies, evaluates site economics and demographics, presents land annexation and rezoning requests, demonstrates development objectives, secures funding for commercial projects.

     Mr. Squier has been in real estate 17 years, licensed in Tennessee and Georgia. He has been the recipient of Board of Realtors Award of Excellence. Mr. Squier was previously with Edwin B. Raskin Company as Commercial Real Estate Investment Consultant.

     Squier Majored in Recording Industry Management at Middle Tennessee State University, and was the Director of Music Archives at Sony/ATV/Tree.
